1: The HOMELINE choice
HOMELINE commits to display a permanent comprehensive
choice of electronic equipment and electric home appliances
in each of its stores in order to allow you to select
the item which best corresponds to your needs.
Article 2: Warranty and after-sales service
Within the duration of the guarantee, HOMELINE commits
to ensure:
• Free repairs (spare parts, labour, and associated
costs).
• Free home services by its own after-sales service
technicians, for TV sets, videos and heavy appliances,
7 days a week, in most cases the same day if the call
has been made before 10 am.
Light appliances are to be taken to HOMELINE for repair.
The conditions of HOMELINE guarantee, which is generally
2-years long are defined in the full version of the
"Peace of Mind Guarantee" handed to every
customer.
Article 3: Lending of a replacement appliance
HOMELINE commits to lend you, free of charge, a replacement
television set, a washing machine, a refrigerator or
a freezer in case your appliance cannot be repaired
within 48 hours.
Article 4: "Guarantee Extension",
5 years of peace of mind
For TV sets, video sets, heavy appliances, vacuum cleaners,
Hi-Fi systems (excluding loudspeakers), micro-computers
and telecopiers, Homeline commits to offer, at the time
of purchase or during the following 15 days, a "Guarantee
Extension" complementing the free Homeline guarantee.
This "Guarantee Extension" is a paying maintenance
contract; it extends from 2 to 5 years all clauses existing
in article 2 for above mentioned products except micro-computers
(from 1 to 2 years) and telecopiers (from 1 to 3 years).
Article 5: Delivery and setting up, 7 days
a week
HOMELINE commits to ensure a fast and free delivery
in the greater Beirut area everyday of the week, including
Sundays, of TV sets, videos and heavy appliances. HOMELINE
ensures connection and setup for the delivered appliance
on a pre-existing installation.
Article 6: HOMELINE prices
To assure that all services described in the present
“Peace of Mind Guarantee” are offered at
no additional cost (excepting the “Guarantee Extension”),
HOMELINE guarantees the lowest prices and commits to
refund the difference in price to the consumer who finds
a better price elsewhere and signals it to HOMELINE
within 10 calendar days following the purchase. The
price, subject of the comparison, should be clearly
displayed in the greater Beirut area, at a specialist
retailer, for an identical device with the same brand
and reference and sold under the same conditions, especially
guarantee and after-sales conditions. |
